The Heron Habitat Helpers will be hosting their annual birthday party for the great blue heron chicks hatched at Commodore Park. Volunteers will be available to answer questions about herons and telescopes are provided to get close looks at the nests.

The party will be in the east section of Commodore Park in the picnic area (I think) on Saturday, June 15th from 10 am to 1 pm. Details about Commodore Park and how to get there are available here.
