I hope everyone had a lovely day with friends or family and lots of turkey. I arrived in Mukilteo a bit early so was able to spend about 45 minutes at the park before joining extended family at Arnie’s restaurant for our annual no-dishes-to-wash feast.
The timing was perfect because it had rained earlier, and started to rain again while we were eating, but it was relatively pleasant at the beach when I was there. Some seals were frolicking close to shore as I was parking the car, but by the time I got my bag out and the long lens on the camera they’d disappeared. Bummer! I had to console myself with taking a few dozen pics of my favorite form of public transportation. CBWC.
.
Happy Thanksgiving to you, too.

If I ever go to Seattle for any length of time, a ferry ride would be top on my list. 😀

Definitely! If you just want a ferry cruise and don’t need to travel around on the other side going as a foot passenger is the best option. That’s still pretty reasonable, but taking a vehicle on is massively expensive these days.
