The theme for Cee’s Fun Foto Challenge this week is winter and water. This winter we finally had some frozen water in Seattle.
I had kind of a weird day today so am late in posting this, but didn’t want to let Earth Day pass by without celebrating the beauty of our planet.

I was at Matthews Beach for a little while yesterday and when I sat down at a picnic table I was beset by the squirrel brigade. I’d like to think they knew I was a friend and were happy to see me, but I suspect they were just looking for a handout.
