
The theme for the WPC this week is: pure. “Pure can convey wholesomeness, something undiluted, or simplicity.”
I have always had a great affinity for the mountains. I love the pure air, the pure water in lakes, rivers, and streams, pure snow on the peaks, and their pure, undiluted beauty.
This photo in the North Cascade Mountains was taken from a bridge over the Skagit River between Rockport and Marblemount in August 2008.
