Fishermen’s Terminal in Seattle (which I have already previewed) is a great place to go if you love looking at boats. While fishing boats fill most of the docks you can also find pleasure craft of all sorts, small cruise vessels, fire boats, and so on. You’ll see both the very modern and the very traditional.
For people who enjoy both boats and photography, Fishermen’s Terminal becomes a vast nautical themed playground for you and your camera.

I took these photos at the Kite Hill area of Magnuson Park on the third weekend in November last year. This November isn’t quite as picturesque with all the gray skies we’ve had.

Last week was a rough one. Saturday came along and it was stormy with wind and rain, reflecting my mood. The rains stopped before the winds did, so I thought I should take the opportunity to get outside and visit a beach on Puget Sound.
